Thick, sweet, tomato-kissed Kansas City sauce. Brisket pulled from the smoker after fourteen hours. Ribs that let go of the bone when you look at them right. Marques Cunningham's food truck and catering rig, cooking the Gulf Coast the way Kansas City taught him — slow, low, and never in a hurry.
Real Grill Master BBQ started the way every good BBQ story starts — with one man, one smoker, and a whole lot of people telling him his food was too good to keep to himself.
That man is Marques Cunningham. The smoker was out back. The food was Kansas City style — the stuff he grew up around and never stopped chasing. Thick, sweet, tomato-based sauce. Meat slow-smoked over real wood until it pulled apart clean. The kind of BBQ that doesn't need a fork.
Friends turned into neighbors. Neighbors turned into strangers showing up hungry. What started in the yard in 2022 is now a food truck and catering operation feeding Crestview, Pensacola, Fort Walton, Destin, and across the line into Mobile, Foley, and Daphne.
We don't rush. We don't fake it. No heat lamps, no holding ovens, no apologies. When a brisket needs fourteen hours, it gets fourteen hours. When the ribs are gone, they're gone — because we'd rather shut the window than hand you something that ain't right. That's Kansas City. That's Marques. That's the only way we cook.
HANDS DOWN, THE BEST BBQ I HAVE HAD AROUND HERE! The ribs, pulled pork, potato salad, beans, and greens were flavored and delicious. Some love was put into this food.
I went all the way to Crestview for those ribs. They were the best. Please try them, you will not regret it.
Their pulled pork was amazing. I also loved the greens and potato salad. I will definitely be ordering again!
Their food is amazing! I ordered some ribs and believe me when I tell you, they were falling off the bones.
Show up hungry. We'll bring the rest. Marques and the crew roll up with the smoker, the meats, the sides, the bread, the sauce, and the chafing racks. You don't lift a tong. We cater the whole Gulf Coast — three states deep — and we treat every event like it's our own family reunion.
Same smoker. Same hands. Same KC recipes. We don't run two kitchens or two standards. The brisket you're serving at your wedding came off the same fire as the brisket on the truck. Cooked the morning of. Delivered hot.
We've cooked for weddings, corporate lunches, church cookouts, family reunions, graduations, funerals, birthdays, and one very good retirement party. People remember great BBQ. We make sure yours is the one they talk about Monday.

Crestview is home. The smoker travels. We cater and run the truck across the Florida Panhandle and into coastal Alabama.
